How to Create a SignDex Account

Welcome to SignDex! This article explains how to create a SignDex account, verify your email address, and complete your first login after registration. Following these steps will ensure your account is properly set up and securely activated.

Prerequisites

Before creating an account, ensure you have the following ready:

  • A valid work email address.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • Access to the SignDex sign-up page.

Procedure

Step 1: Create an Account

Creating your account is the first step toward utilizing the SignDex platform. In this step, you will provide basic profile and organizational details to set up your workspace.

  1. Navigate to the SignDex sign up page at https://dev.signdex.io/signup. Opening this link in a supported web browser will take you directly to the registration portal.
  2. Click Sign up for free. This initiates the account creation process.
  3. Fill in the required information on the registration form:
    • First Name and Last Name: These details are used to identify you within the platform.
    • Organization Name and Organization Website: Providing this helps link your account to your company’s broader workspace.
    • Country: This ensures your account is localized to your specific region.
    • Password: Choose a strong, secure password to protect your sensitive account information.
  4. Click Create Account to submit your registration. Once submitted, the system will process your details and automatically generate a verification email.

 

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

For security purposes, you must verify your identity before accessing the platform.

  1. After successful registration, open your email inbox. Make sure to check the inbox for the specific work email address you registered with in Step 1.
  2. Look for a verification email from SignDex. It may take a few moments for this automated message to arrive.
  3. Click the Verify Email Address link inside the message. Clicking this secure link validates that you own the email address.
  4. Once verified, your account will be activated, granting you permission to log in.

Note: If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder, or request a new verification email. Strict corporate firewalls sometimes filter out automated registration emails.

Step 3: First Login

Now that your email is verified and your account is active, you are ready to log into the platform for the first time.

  1. Go to the SignDex sign in page at https://dev.signdex.io/signin. We recommend bookmarking this page for quick access in the future.
  2. Enter your registered email and password. Ensure you are using the exact credentials you created during the first step.
  3. Click Sign In. This will authenticate your credentials and direct you to your personalized workspace.

Expected Result

If you have followed all the steps above, you should successfully access your SignDex dashboard with an active and verified account.
